I contacted CUESA a ways back, and they said they weren't accepting applications...about how long until they will? Can you offer them more than somebody that already is permitted now? Can you buy a permit from somebody who already has one? How do you "get in"?

I have learned from Mr jaques Peppin since I was at school. I have to say that I am a very humble cook, but I cook for myself more, and bless his lessons over the years, thank you so much for your time and effort and kindness ❤

God bless you, Jack, for all the memories and instruction. "No great chefs without great ingredients." That is it. The farmers' market makes a person so much a better cook, instead of industrial agriculture.

It is important for children to learn to assist in the family kitchen. Food tastes better when every one has a say in what is being served. It is a true joy to have my daughter working alongside me when I cook.
